Your role

Practice performance

Leadership and development of the team

Building efficient processes and modern practice structures

Co-shaping strategy, quality and culture

Contact person for clients, employees and external partners

Further development of the location with entrepreneurial thinking

What you bring

Preferably professional experience in healthcare/veterinary field and experience in managing practices/clinics or a completed veterinary degree

Communication and leadership skills, service orientation combined with organisational talent as well as a structured, careful and goal-oriented way of working

Solid IT user skills, very good MS Office knowledge, especially Excel

Ability to think analytically, affinity for numbers

Ability to think and act conceptually, operationally and implementation-oriented

Fluent German and good English skills
