Field Service Engineer / Specialist 80 - 100 % (m/f/d)

What you can achieve:

• Carrying out installations, maintenance, repairs, and technical safety inspections on medical technology systems

• Analysing and resolving technical faults as well as performing fault diagnostics

• Ensuring complete and timely documentation of all service activities

• Documenting service calls and handling customer complaints

• Close collaboration with customers, sales, and technical support teams

• Professional representation of the company at the customer site

What you bring with you:

• Completed technical training or degree in electrical engineering, electronics, medical technology, mechatronics, or a comparable field

• Experience in technical service or field service is an advantage

• Strong technical affinity as well as a structured and independent working style

• High problem-solving skills and analytical thinking ability

• Strong customer and service orientation with excellent communication skills

• Good German and English skills, both spoken and written

• Driving licence category B and willingness to travel within Switzerland
