Real Estate Professional (m/f/d) at Korporation Horw

Korporation Horw is part of the Lucerne state organisation and undertakes various tasks. These include the care and use of the forest, leasing and maintenance of agricultural properties, rental and management of apartments, management of land reserves in residential and industrial zones, as well as the administration of municipal assets in the interest of the citizens. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and competent real estate professional (m/f/d) to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your area of responsibility

• Independent management of residential and commercial properties
• Lease contract management and service charge accounting
• Personal support of our tenants
• Contact with property owners and the administrative board
• Coordination of maintenance and craftsmen
• Participation in renovation and new construction projects

Your profile

• Very good knowledge of Swiss tenancy law
• Federal professional certificate in real estate management or many years of professional experience
• Experience in managing small to medium-sized portfolios
• Independent and responsible working style
• Ideally experience with public-law or institutional ownerships
• Experience with AbaImmo is an advantage
