Main tasks

• Representation and support of the Purchasing Manager
• Proper and orderly management of inventory according to the "First In, First Out" principle
• Reconciliation of stock in inventory accounting with actual stock; daily spot checks randomly
• Accurate stock control in all sales outlets
• Order and cleanliness in all storerooms
• Cleanliness of beverage machines in the staff canteen (coffee machine and post-mix system)
• Control of internal orders (receipt and sales price control)
• Monitoring of expenses from storage and cellar
• Verification of invoices and delivery notes with Hypersoft
• Responsibility for proper storage of all goods in the entire work area
• Receipt of goods: checking quantity and quality; signature upon acceptance of goods
• Assistance with the monthly stocktaking
• Responsibility for the return of empties/deposit items (pallets)
• Monitoring of maximum and minimum stock levels in all storerooms (First In, First Out, stock turnover; identification of slow movers)
• Issuing sold goods according to daily closing and order form
• Control and disposal of all empties and temporarily borrowed items
• Control of storage and issuance of cleaning agents from the storeroom
• Willingness to assist wherever required within the department
