Your Tasks

• Representation of the Head of Housekeeping
• Assisting in ensuring the required quality of housekeeping, as well as result- and performance-oriented controls of the HWS employees while adhering to hygienic, qualitative and quantitative requirements
• Creating process and work documents
• Procurement of various cleaning agents, equipment and machines
• Management of staff rooms, including entries and exits
• Responsible for the training of apprentices in the housekeeping area
• Assisting in ensuring the required quality in housekeeping
• Assisting and controlling the in-house laundry
• Planning and managing work and holiday schedules
• Organising and conducting team meetings

Your Profile

• Completed training or further education in housekeeping
• Area management in hotel housekeeping with a Federal Diploma is an advantage
• Trainer course
• Leadership qualities, social competence
• Flexibility (weekend and public holiday shifts)
• High service and quality awareness
• Networked, entrepreneurial and independent thinking and acting, as well as goal-oriented organisation
• Resilient personality with joy and flair for interdisciplinary collaboration
• Ability to engage in dialogue and skilled in dealing with employees from different countries of origin
• Good IT user skills
