On 1 January 2025, careköniz was formed from the merger of SPITEX Region Köniz and logisplus and today employs around 370 staff. Your Tasks

• You are responsible for needs-based care and support.
• As a key contact person, you are responsible for the care process and MDS coordination.
• You take on shift responsibility in the residential area.
• You provide care according to the principles of Basal Stimulation, Kinaesthetics, Palliative Care, and Validation.
• You share responsibility for implementing the guidelines.

Your Profile

• You have a tertiary education in the care sector as well as professional experience.
• You feel comfortable in a dynamic, subacute, and fast-paced environment and bring the necessary flexibility.
• You are committed with great joy and passion to caring for elderly people in need of care.
• You are a team player, responsible, enjoy working independently, and are willing to perform and resilient.
• We require very good German language skills in spoken and written form; additionally, you understand the Swiss German language.
