As part of a mandate in the Neuchâtel region, we are looking for a: Technical Concierge 

Your tasks:

• Independently carry out inspection tasks
• Manage maintenance and servicing activities
• Handle various requests and minor repairs
• Process daily work reports, delivery notes, and order tickets
• Monitor and accompany work carried out by contracted companies
• Propose and implement appropriate modifications and improvements for various sectors
• Administrative tasks (CMMS, dispatching, etc…)
• Manage small repair projects

Your profile:

• Certified operations agent or equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in a similar role
• Good experience in administrative and technical management of small sites
• Fluency in French, English is an asset
• Good use of common IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Service-oriented

You have a dynamic personality, are comfortable with technical aspects and interior and exterior building maintenance. This varied and independent role encompasses a wide range of activities.
