The Davos Klosters Mountains are five mountain and ski areas in the Grisons Alps. In addition to the mountain railways, Davos Klosters Bergbahnen AG operates over 23 hotels and resorts ranging from simple group accommodation to upscale four-star superior.

The Hotel
A place to feel good! Hotel Montana is an uncomplicated accommodation. Our guests can reach the Parsenn cable car on foot in just one minute. Davos Dorf station and various shopping opportunities are right on the doorstep. Hotel Montana has 55 individual rooms for a maximum of 169 guests.

Your tasks
- Check-in and check-out of guests
- Guest care on site and information about the Davos Klosters Mountains offer
- Handling reservations with the hotel software Protel
- Ensuring smooth processes and coordination with housekeeping
- Guest correspondence via emails and telephone calls
- Issuing ski passes for the Davos Klosters Mountains
Your profile
- Training: You have a commercial or equivalent education and experience in the front office area
- Working style: You have a quick grasp, enjoy working independently, are reliable and stress-resistant. In addition, you enjoy dealing with guests and have a friendly and competent manner
- Team player: You enjoy working in a team and are helpful
- Language: You have very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills
- Advantageous: Protel knowledge or similar hotel systems and any additional language
