About the job
Independent factual and social assessments in child and adult protection (including home visits) on behalf of a procedural member of the authority Drafting formalized assessment reports and active participation in the KESB strategy meeting Collaboration and exchange with various professionals and specialist offices (e.g., medical profession, schools, counseling centers, and institutions) Advising clients and their reference persons during the assessment phase If suitable and with relevant professional experience, there is the possibility of further development as a substitute authority member
Master's or Bachelor's degree (University of Applied Sciences) in Social Work, Social Pedagogy, or Psychology Several years of professional experience in a social work context, professional experience in child and adult protection (professional guardianship or KESB) and/or specific further training is an advantage Conceptual and analytical thinking, willingness to collaborate in an interdisciplinary context Independence and good self-organization Confidence in conducting conversations, strong writing skills Psychological resilience and flexibility in dealing with high stress and changes Driver's license category B, own car for field assignments is an advantage
