Automation Specialist in a High-Tech Environment - 100%

• Co-development, support, and implementation of our strategy for plant digitization of all swisspor plants
• Management of projects related to digital transformation in the field of Operation Technology (OT)
• Development, planning, and implementation of the latest functionalities and standards regarding the digitization of manufacturing processes.
• Support in the establishment of new plants and procurement of equipment as well as evaluation of hardware and software partners
• Design of innovative automation concepts for new production plants in close cooperation with process engineering and suppliers
• Further development and standardization of existing plants
• Design and implementation of innovative automation concepts for new and existing production plants.
• Active at all levels of the automation pyramid (ERP, MES, SCADA, PLC)

• Completed education (degree or apprenticeship) in a technical field, preferably automation technician, system technician, computer scientist
• Higher education (HF/FH) in automation and computer science
• Experience in commissioning industrial controls and visualization systems such as Siemens S7 and/or WinCC.
• You work independently, hands-on, and solution-oriented – and are pleasantly uncomplicated in collaboration.
• As a sparring partner and service provider, you support the business in a solution-oriented and effective manner.
• Open to travel up to 20% domestically and abroad (Europe)
• Very good German and English skills
