Your role – an important interface within the company

As a specialist planner for metal construction / staircase construction, you take on a central role between planning, project management, production, assembly, and our partners. You accompany demanding projects from technical development to successful implementation, ensuring that ideas become precise and feasible solutions.

Your tasks

Independent specialist and execution planning in metal and staircase constructionConstruction and technical processing of demanding projects with HiCADCreation of workshop, production, and assembly documentsTechnical clarification and coordination with project management, production, assembly, architects, planners, and clientsDevelopment of well-thought-out and economical detailed solutionsIndependent organisation of your projects and workflowsSupport of medium to large-scale building projectsParticipation in meetings, measurements, and project appointments on siteCollaboration on national and international projects

What you bring

You have several years of experience in specialist planning or design in metal construction, ideally with a focus on staircase construction, and are very familiar with HiCAD.

Solid technical knowledge in metal and staircase constructionSeveral years of practical experience in planning and design of metal constructionConfident use of HiCADIndependent, structured, and solution-oriented working styleHigh quality and sense of responsibilityInterest in taking responsibility and being an important interface within the companyInitiative and ambition to succeed professionally and as a teamEnjoyment of technically and architecturally demanding projectsGood German language skillsFrench and/or English skills are an advantageDriving licence category BWilliness to attend external appointments and occasional travel domestically and abroad
