• Care of regular and walk-in customers (hotel guests) throughout the entire service process; from consultation to implementation in the areas of cut, colour and styling
• Consultation and sale of exclusive hair care and styling products
• Careful cash management and accounting in daily business
• Support in the reception area as well as organisation and maintenance of appointment scheduling
• Confident and solution-oriented handling of demanding guest feedback

• Gained experience in a demanding, luxurious salon environment
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills, further languages are an advantage
• Confident handling of common PC applications and reservation systems
• Strong passion for high-quality products, excellent styling and a fine sense for aesthetics and trends
• Independent, structured and organised way of working with a high quality standard
• Respectful and discreet interaction with guests as well as a solution-oriented attitude
