Senn AG is known at the locations Döttingen, Gebenstorf, Dietikon and Villmergen not only as a breakdown and accident assistance company but also as a BOSCH CAR SERVICE workshop responsible for everything around the car. Here we repair and maintain customer vehicles of all brands from passenger cars to commercial vehicles. As an H-POWER base, our specially trained employees manufacture hydraulic hoses according to customer requirements.

For our location in Döttingen, we are looking for a committed, knowledgeable and strong leadership personality as Workshop Manager / Workshop Leader 100% (m/f/d).

Your Tasks

• Technical and organisational management of the workshop in Döttingen
• Planning, coordination and monitoring of all workshop orders
• Leadership, promotion and deployment planning of the workshop team
• Assistance with complex diagnostics, maintenance or repairs
• Ensuring high work quality and timely order processing
• Support and advice to our customers on technical matters
• Monitoring workshop utilisation, material management and workflows
• Co-responsibility for compliance with safety, quality and environmental regulations

Your Qualification

• Completed training as an automotive mechatronics technician
• Several years of professional experience in a car workshop, ideally with leadership experience
• Sound knowledge in vehicle diagnostics, maintenance and repair
• Entrepreneurial thinking, organisational talent and an independent working style
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Resilient, solution-oriented and communicative personality
• Enjoyment in leading and developing a motivated team
• Perfect German skills in spoken and written form
• Driving licence category B
