What you will achieve with us
- Independent project management from A to Z: You are responsible for construction projects from planning to successful handover.
- Planning skills are in demand: Construction schedules, budgets, tenders, and awards are your domain.
- Organisational talent: You coordinate craftsmen, clients, and all project participants to ensure a smooth construction process.
- Quality at the highest level: With your trained eye, you ensure compliance with standards and the quality of execution.
- Shaping leadership: You are the central contact person for all project partners and manage deadlines, costs, and quality.
Qualifications
What you bring
- 3-5 years of experience in construction management, conversions, and renovations: You know what matters.
- Solid training as an architect, civil engineer, certified construction manager, or HF technician in building construction.
- Creating structures: You keep an overview, even with complex processes.
- Communicative leadership personality: You promote active exchange within the team and shape our corporate culture.
- Digitally and linguistically proficient: You are skilled in MS Office, MS Project, and common construction software. Your German language skills, both spoken and written, are very good. English and French skills are an advantage.
