• Coordination of daily operations
  through deployment in the modern control centre.
• Scheduling of drivers and route buses
  as well as coordination with the commercial vehicle centre.
• Support of drivers to ensure and further develop quality.
• Operational management of public transport projects such as replacement transport services.
• Contributions to the ongoing improvement of our customer satisfaction.
• Participation in the digital transformation of work processes.

• Training in business administration, public transport specialist, or public transport expert
• High organisational and communication skills
• Precise and responsible working style
• Very good user knowledge of M365 and AI
