To ensure you can develop not only professionally but also personally, further training is included in working hours: 41 + 4. This means: 41 hours of clinical work and 4 hours of structured further training per week.
To support our medical team in Rüti we are looking from January 2027 for an Assistant Doctor (m/f/d) 50 – 100 %.
Our practice is a SIWF-recognised training centre for General Internal Medicine. This means: you can complete your outpatient external year directly with us – regardless of which specialty you wish to pursue later.
IMPORTANT information: Please note that the approval process takes 3 months.
Tasks
- Outpatient care and treatment of patients in primary care
- Conducting diagnostics, therapy and prevention in the general practice setting
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with specialists, therapists and other healthcare professionals
We expect
- Swiss medical diploma or recognition by MEBEKO
- three years of experience in clinical medicine (ideally) OR experience in primary care

Our medical centre with Emergency Walk-in in Rüti (ZH) as well as locations in Bäch (SZ) and Winterthur unites modern medicine under one roof. Besides general practice care, we look after nursing homes, implement exciting medical projects and offer a broad range of specialties.
Additionally, our patients have access to an in-house physiotherapy with MTT and an obesity centre. Furthermore, we work closely with our partner practice Psychotherapy NOW to ensure holistic care.
