• Management of technically oriented market projects in the field of Power Solutions and in collaboration with other AEW internal business segments and external partners – from the concept phase to implementation, commissioning and handover
• Responsibility for the technical overall architecture and integrity of integrated energy solutions, especially in projects with PV, battery storage, charging infrastructure, load management, building integration and network interfaces
• Leadership and coordination of internal as well as external specialist project managers, planners, suppliers and implementation partners across multiple trades
• Management of technical interfaces, conflicting objectives, variant decisions and dependencies between customer requirements, economic efficiency, standards, operation, network connection and feasibility
• Review of technical concepts, tenders, offers, planning documents and implementation solutions for quality, feasibility, compliance with standards and operational compatibility
• Support of sales and project development in early project phases, contribution of technical solution variants and provision of reliable decision-making bases
• Assumption of technical leadership in cross-departmental projects of medium complexity and ensuring scope, deadlines, costs, quality and technical risks within your area of responsibility
• Close cooperation with internal service providers such as business segments Network, Production, Mobility and Building as well as external partners
• Documentation of technical decisions, requirements, risks, interfaces and project progress in a comprehensible manner and ensuring a clean handover to operation and use
• Active participation in the development of the professional understanding of the specialist management role and development of standards, methods and best practices for technical integration projects

• Completed technical training or degree in electrical engineering, energy technology, building technology, industrial engineering, renewable energies or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in planning, designing or implementing energy infrastructure projects, ideally related to PV, battery storage, charging infrastructure, load management, building technology or network connections
• Sound technical understanding of integrated energy solutions as well as enjoyment in combining technology, economic efficiency, customer requirements and implementation
• Experience in the professional leadership of project teams, specialist planners, contractors or external implementation partners
• Confident handling of technical concepts, variant comparisons, tenders, cost/schedule planning, risk assessments and project documentation
• Strong ability to identify, structure and effectively manage interfaces between different trades, organisational units and external partners
• High degree of personal responsibility, decision-making ability and implementation strength
• Communicative, reliable and solution-oriented personality with confident appearance towards internal stakeholders, customers, partners and suppliers
• Basic project management knowledge is present; advanced PM training is an advantage,
