Specialist Planner Building Envelope | Quotation 80 – 100 %

In this exciting role, you combine technical understanding with precise work. You accompany projects from the initial survey to the technical elaboration and ensure a solid foundation for successful construction projects with your carefully prepared quotations.

Your tasks

• In-depth quotation: You create precise specifications for tinsmith, flat roof work, fall protection, and glazed roof installations (NPK 351 / 364 / 365 / 367 / 172).
• Project survey with proximity: You support our partners and independently take on new projects.
• Time management with responsibility: You coordinate the scheduling of specifications in your area.
• Technology meets structure: You prepare measurements according to SIA with Bluebeam and compile complete, project-specific dossiers.
• Communication as key: You ensure smooth information flow between project management, sales, and administration.
• Document management with system: You structure and maintain the dossiers professionally.
• Detail work with foresight: You clarify technical questions with specialist planners and architects and work out details with our technical service (sketches, CAD).
• Coordination with market knowledge: You obtain offers for supplementary components (e.g. Velux).
• Back office with advisory competence: You support planners with system setups.
• Shaping digitalisation: You actively develop our construction administration tools (quotation, Bluebeam) further.

Your profile

• Professional foundation: You have a basic education as a sealer, roofer, or tinsmith EFZ – ideally complemented by further training as a site manager, tinsmith foreman, or building envelope construction manager.
• Digital competence: You are familiar with construction administration programmes such as Messerli, BauPlus, Abacus, or Sorba and use them efficiently for quotations.
• Standards knowledge: You bring sound knowledge of the relevant NPK catalogues and CRB data and are familiar with the applicable standards in the building envelope.
• Project management experience: You have already successfully accompanied projects in the building envelope sector and have a good understanding of processes and interfaces.
• Material understanding: You know the application-technical properties of building materials, insulations, and sealings – especially in the flat roof area.
• Working method: You work independently, structured, and keep an overview even with complex tasks. Your time management is exemplary.
• Team spirit & communication: You are a true team player – open, reliable, and solution-oriented in dealing with colleagues, partners, and customers.
• Language skills: Your mother tongue is German. Additional knowledge of French or Italian is a plus but not a must.
