As part of our team at AEB Sicherheitsdienst GmbH, you will play a central role in maintaining safety and order. Your diverse and responsible tasks include:

• Order service: Ensuring safety and order in communities and at events
• Traffic service: Supporting and regulating traffic flow as needed, as well as monitoring and controlling stationary traffic (KRV).
• Patrol and construction site surveillance: Securing construction sites and specific areas through patrols
• Preventive work: Preventing littering, vandalism and burglaries
• Fire watch: Monitoring fire-hazardous activities and compliance with fire safety regulations
• Control activities: Checking areas, buildings and vehicles to detect security risks early

• Swiss citizenship or residence permit "C"
• Possession of a valid category B driving licence
• Impeccable reputation (extracts from debt enforcement and criminal records as well as a certificate of legal capacity)
• Successful completion of a recognised vocational training EFZ or equivalent qualification
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written, are required
• Ideal age between 23 and 60 years
• Good physical condition and weather resilience
• Flexibility regarding work assignments, including willingness to work weekends (shift work)
• Professional experience in security services is an advantage

First Aider additional function:

• Valid Level 2 (or optionally 3) First Responder IVR certification
• Experience in providing medical aid and emergency care
• Strong social and communication skills
• Pronounced customer orientation and team spirit
• Willingness to act as a first aider during the role
