Audit Team Leader (m/f/d) 80-100% – Give Your Career a New Boost at BDO!

What Awaits You

• Supervise, support and develop a motivated team of 2 to 4 employees
• Actively contribute to the development of the Audit business at our Biel office
• Lead and carry out audit mandates, advise clients, and develop and maintain long-term client relationships
• Examine annual accounts and consolidated financial statements prepared according to the Swiss Code of Obligations and Swiss GAAP FER
• Assume a reference role within the team by promoting the professional development of your colleagues

What Will Make You Successful

• Certified expert auditor diploma and at least 3 to 5 years of proven experience in auditing
• Strong interest in business development as well as in creating and maintaining client relationships
• Communicative personality, team-oriented, showing initiative and autonomy
• Native German speaker with a good command of French is essential
