CNC Operator 100% 3-Shift (m/f/d)

Introduction

For our client, a modern and successful company in the Grenchen region, we are looking for an experienced and motivated individual for CNC manufacturing. You will work with modern production equipment, take responsibility for the quality of your workpieces, and ensure a smooth production process together with the team.

Tasks

• Independently operating and monitoring CNC long-turning machines
• Manufacturing high-quality precision parts according to defined specifications
• Performing quality and dimensional checks
• Correcting tool data and optimising machining parameters
• Ensuring consistently high quality throughout the entire manufacturing process
• Maintenance, cleaning, and basic upkeep of the machines
• Actively contributing to a safe and efficient production process

Profile

• Several years of practical experience in CNC manufacturing
• Training as a polymechanic, production mechanic, or a comparable qualification is an advantage
• Confident handling of CNC machines
• Experience in long turning is an additional plus
• Strong quality awareness and technical understanding
• Independent, reliable, and precise working style
• Motivated and team-oriented personality
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
