Your work environment

Our new ward MIBS (Multidisciplinary Intensive Care Unit) is dedicated to the intensive care of patients with somatic illnesses and cognitive impairments. In close cooperation with our Delirium Unit and the Geriatric Psychiatry department, we strive to treat challenging clinical pictures in a targeted and needs-oriented manner within a multidisciplinary and interprofessional environment.

Your tasks

Ensuring effective, patient- and outcome-oriented care in collaboration with the qualified nursing staff according to existing care plans and within professional competencies

Maintaining cleanliness and order in patient rooms, utility and work areas, contributing to a homely, tidy and comfortable environment for patients and guests

Assessing care situations and initiating appropriate responses in acute situations

Conducting simple, everyday advice regarding nutrition, personal hygiene and clothing

Maintaining comprehensive care documentation as well as recording all services provided

Participating in projects and supporting the department management and the entire team to ensure the best possible quality of care

Organising patient transports and escorts

Providing a hospitable service, especially regarding meal preparation and service

Your profile

Completed training as a Health Specialist with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)

Professional experience in acute care or rehabilitation desired

Flexible, resilient and motivated personality with great empathy and excellent interpersonal skills

High social competence and a pronounced team player attitude

Sense of responsibility and quick comprehension
