Head of Education

Due to the retirement of the current position holder as of August 1, 2026, or by arrangement, we are looking for a committed and competent personality to design, lead, and further develop our education and care sector.
Your profile - we are looking for
- pedagogical or administrative training at tertiary level (e.g., MAS Educational Management, school leadership training, or similar)
- several years of leadership and professional experience in education or public administration
- solid knowledge in school and organizational development, project and quality management
- strong communication, consulting, and leadership skills
- high social competence, resilience, and sense of responsibility
- networked thinking and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
