You work 100%, with at least one presence day per week in Zug and flexible home office options on the other days

- As a strategic partner for internal/external stakeholders, you provide orientation and create clarity through best practices, guidelines, and scalable processes in collaboration
You bring the following to the position
- You bring several years of senior experience in social media and community management and know what impact really needs
- You understand strategy not as theory but as a powerful starting point for courageous implementation
- You have built, accompanied, and further developed communities – with substance, patience, and foresight
- With structure, calm, and focus, you lead projects confidently even when they become complex
- You know social platforms in depth and sense early which trends are relevant
- You use data and insights not only for optimization but as inspiration for better decisions
- You have a pronounced sense for aesthetics, language, and consistent brand appearance in a premium environment
- You bring very good German and English skills; French expands your sphere of influence
- Self-responsibility, clarity, and leadership in projects are for you an attitude, not a title
- You see international collaboration and occasional travel as an enrichment

V-ZUG Social Media & Digital Engagement
Our Social Media & Digital Engagement team is responsible for V-ZUG's global and local social media presence. Our focus goes beyond classic social media marketing: we develop and implement holistic engagement strategies with the goal of building and strengthening sustainable communities. In addition, we manage all influencer marketing activities and specifically leverage synergies between our social media measures, community activations, and collaboration with creators. This way, we create integrated experiences that equally promote reach, engagement, and sustainable impact.
