Insurance Specialist Property & Liability

Your main tasks:

• Processing applications, contracts, and changes (Property & Liability)

• Second-level support for written and telephone enquiries

• Review and handling of claims with subject matter experts

• Master data maintenance and active involvement in process optimisation

• Interface function for customers and partners in German and French

You bring the following:

• Commercial basic training (ideally insurance), VBV certificate, or solid industry experience

• Experience in customer service/back office with a focus on property & liability insurance

• Fluent German and very good French (mandatory)

• Digital mindset (CRM, MS Office, modern software)

• Precise, solution-oriented working style and strong service orientation
