The Central Administration team of WAS wira Lucerne is responsible for the initial registrations of the Regional Employment Centres in the canton of Lucerne and supports the departments of Personnel Consulting and RAV Plus in all administrative matters. Are you a service-oriented person interested in social insurances? Do you work carefully, like to take responsibility and are motivated to face new challenges every day? Then we would like to get to know you.
Your tasks
- You support the departments of Personnel Consulting and RAV Plus in all administrative matters, especially in the area of decisions and assignments.
- You conduct telephone and personal initial registration interviews including recording customer data, scheduling appointments for the initial interview, and subsequently sending the registration set to the customers.
- You process data in the specialised applications AVAM and DMS.
- You coordinate and forward relevant information and documents to providers of labour market measures.
- You independently handle general secretarial and clerical tasks.
Your skills
- You have completed vocational training and possess good commercial knowledge.
- You have good MS Office user skills and proficient knowledge of the German language, both spoken and written.
- You have experience and enjoy customer contact with people from different cultures.
- You are reliable, resilient, have a quick grasp, and are open to change.
- You convince with your cheerful personality and actively contribute to the team.
