Join our multidisciplinary team (Business Analysts, Developers, UX, and Product Owner) and become the interface between business and technology to design and implement our new digital solutions.
The missions awaiting you:
- Analyze business needs collected by the PO and formalize them into clear requirements (user stories).
- Translate technical-functional solutions in collaboration with developers and architects.
- Evaluate the implementation effort and prioritize based on business value.
- Document and model (UML, BPMN) to share a common vision of the systems.
- Test and validate (functional, UAT, production follow-up).
- Actively contribute to agile ceremonies and project management.
Your profile
- Experience: minimum 3 years as a Business Analyst, ideally in the insurance sector (BA certification = asset).
- Education: higher degree (EPF, HES, HEC, UNI or equivalent) in computer science, engineering, or related field.
- Technical skills: good understanding of IT architectures, frontend development, and APIs.
- Methodologies & tools: mastery of Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), proven experience in Agile (Scrum, Kanban).
- Languages: French C1, English B2 (German = real plus).
- Additional assets: experience with Guidewire appreciated.
You are solution-oriented, proactive, and have excellent communication skills. You can easily navigate between business and IT worlds and enjoy continuous learning.
