Your mission:

No project is the same as another. Our customers want individual solutions that go beyond the standard range. This is where you come in. You develop, cost, and design customised special solutions and accompany them from the idea to production release.

As a technical hub, you work closely with sales, purchasing, production, and external partners. Your goal: economical, well-thought-out, and producible solutions that delight our customers.

For our Lean production in Menziken AG, we are looking for a committed individual:

Technical Clerk: Costing & AVOR Special Solutions Office Furniture 100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks include:

• Development, design, and costing of customised special productions in the field of office furniture
• Technical elaboration of special solutions for tables, storage systems, and individual customer requirements
• Creation of 3D designs (Creo), manufacturing drawings, and production documents
• Maintenance of parts lists, master data, and technical information in the ERP system
• Technical advice and support for sales, project management, and production
• Clarification of technical requirements with suppliers and partners
• Selection of suitable materials, fittings, metal parts, and fastening solutions
• Ensuring economical, timely, and producible implementation
• Active participation in shaping and optimising our products, processes, and technical standards

You bring with you:

• Technical basic training (e.g. carpenter, designer, technical draughtsperson, wood technician, or comparable) in the wood industry
• Experience in design, AVOR, or technical project processing is an advantage
• Ideally industry knowledge in furniture, interior construction, kitchens, shopfitting, or metal construction
• Good CAD skills in 3D (e.g. Creo or comparable)
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally D365
• Enjoyment of individual solutions and technical challenges
• Structured, independent working style and interconnected thinking
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Good German and English skills
