Customer Advisor (m/f/d), 80-100%, Winterthur
What you achieve:
- Friendly and competent handling of our customers' telephone requests
- Creating customised offers for both new and existing customers
- Actively recognising customer needs and presenting suitable insurance and optimisation options
- Processing insured persons' and contract data as well as other administrative tasks
- Continuously deepening your health insurance knowledge and expanding your advisory skills
Why you succeed:
- You have a vocational qualification or A-levels
- You communicate fluently in German, both orally and in writing; any additional language is a plus
- Initial experience in finance, insurance, or healthcare is an advantage
- You enjoy communicating professionally by phone and via digital channels, where advice and sales go hand in hand
- You keep an overview and remain calm even in challenging situations
