• Operational involvement in the entire daily laundry operation
• Responsible for all laundry in the house – bed and terry linen, uniforms as well as guest laundry
• Careful sorting, washing, ironing and preparation of all textiles
• Coordination of daily workflows and priorities within the laundry
• Ensuring and monitoring our quality, hygiene and safety standards
• Professional guidance and support of employees as well as training of new team members
• Checking correct washing programmes, dosages and economical use of chemicals and materials
• Carrying out minor repairs on uniforms and laundry
• Ensuring order and cleanliness as well as proper care of machines and utensils
• Support with inventories as well as issuing and returning uniforms
• Monitoring laundry stocks and early reporting of shortages, damages or quality deviations
• Continuous optimisation of workflows and processes within the laundry
• Assisting in the rooms when additional support is needed

• Experience in a professional laundry, preferably including dry cleaning
• Initial experience in a supervisory role or willingness to take on professional responsibility
• Strong quality awareness and organisational skills
• Hands-on mentality and enjoyment in continuing to work actively in daily operations
• German and/or English skills, additional languages are an advantage
• Physically fit and resilient
• Well-groomed appearance and positive charisma
• Service- and quality-oriented, team player, responsible and detail-oriented
• Always reliable and punctual
