About the job
- Organize, accompany, and supervise the recordings, definition of measures, and renovation work within the process of condition assessments of private wastewater systems
- Prepare water protection permits within the framework of the building permit procedure
- Ensure compliance, monitoring, and enforcement of water protection regulations as well as the imposed requirements and conditions
- Accept newly constructed or renovated private wastewater systems, record defects, and control their repair
- Advise homeowners and planners on the creation, modification, renovation, and operation of property drainage including sponge city measures
- Completed technical training in civil engineering, construction foreman, construction manager, or similar
- Several years of experience in civil engineering and/or construction administration
- Good knowledge in the field of wastewater/property drainage and water protection
- Enjoy working with customers, authorities, and specialist offices with appropriate negotiation skills and assertiveness
- Fluent oral and written expression
