In your daily role, you ensure that everything runs smoothly in our recycling centre in Bülach. You coordinate the on-site processes, support customers and employees, and always keep an overview. Your daily work looks as follows:
- Checking and verification of material declarations as well as ensuring compliance with requirements
- Participation in operational day-to-day business as well as operation of machines and technical equipment
- Organisation and coordination of transports for recyclable materials, recycling materials and waste
- Support in ensuring smooth operational processes
- Close cooperation with the foreman as well as internal departments and customers
- Assistance in optimising processes and workflows in the recycling operation
What we expect from you
- Leadership skills and enjoyment in motivating and guiding employees
- Practical hands-on mentality as well as resilience in operational daily work
- Good German language skills and confident use of digital work tools
- Experience in operating construction machinery, especially wheel loaders and sorting excavators
