Your field of activity

• Together with your team, you ensure a clean, safe and pleasant environment for patients, visitors and employees of the Lucerne Cantonal Hospital. In this responsible leadership role, you ensure the smooth cleaning operation in your area and promote an appreciative, motivating team culture
• You lead and develop a team of employees in the cleaning service and create the conditions for efficient, high-quality service delivery
• You plan, organise and coordinate maintenance, basic, special and bed cleaning in your area of responsibility
• You are responsible for personnel deployment planning, conduct employee, assessment, development and recruitment interviews and are responsible for the induction of new employees
• You ensure compliance with hygiene, quality and safety standards, carry out regular quality checks and actively drive improvements

Your experience

• You have completed vocational training and have several years of professional experience in a professional cleaning environment, ideally in healthcare, hospitality or facility management
• You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and are characterised by a high level of quality and responsibility awareness
• You convince with your strong service orientation, communication skills and social competence
• Even in hectic situations, you keep an overview, act calmly and actively support your team and are willing to take shifts in the evenings and at weekends
