Overview of tasks
· Professional and organisational support of the team as well as first point of contact for concerns and questions
· Optimisation and further development of processes and workflows
· Coordination of holiday planning and monitoring of working hours in the time recording system
· Conducting employee appraisals and promoting personal and professional development
· Planning and accompanying the induction of new employees including probation period support
· Participation in operational day-to-day business (project coordination, invoicing, project evaluations and
project preparation)
· Monitoring and follow-up of orders, projects and invoices to ensure efficient processes
· Participation in project starts and support of project managers as an interface between administration and
operators
Profile requirements
Profile
- Experience in administration
- Experience in the channel industry and/or experience in the field of channel TV
- Structured working method and leadership experience
- Initiative, open to change, process optimisation and digitalisation
