Team & Mission
Verity Studios is the live events arm of Verity, designing and operating drone shows for some of the most ambitious productions in entertainment, from arena tours to brand activations and broadcast events.
This is the sole marketing and sales role at Verity Studios. You’ll own the sales pipeline alongside our project managers, run our content channels, and shape our presence at industry events. You’ll report jointly to our Chief Strategy Officer and Technical Lead for Live Events, with strategic guidance from the top and significant autonomy on the day-to-day.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage the sales pipeline: qualify inbound leads, keep the CRM accurate, and route opportunities to the right project manager
- Prepare commercial documentation including proposals, quotes, pricing templates, and client summaries; brief project managers before calls and follow up on actions
- Run Verity Studios’ social channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube): plan, create, and publish on a consistent schedule
- Edit short-form video from live productions and behind-the-scenes footage for social and web
- Write customer case studies and quarterly newsletters, keeping everything on-brand
- Maintain a forward calendar of trade shows, conferences, and award deadlines; recommend where Verity should attend, sponsor, or speak, with rationale and budget
- Build relationships with industry contacts and opinion leaders at events
Your Experience
- 2 to 5 years in a marketing, sales, events, or commercial role
- Hands-on experience managing social media accounts professionally, with the ability to plan and execute independently
- Competent in short-form video editing (tools negotiable) and familiar with CRM platforms
- Strong written English (C1–C2); able to produce professional external-facing copy with minimal supervision
- Self-sufficient: comfortable juggling multiple workstreams in a small, technically-oriented team without a structured marketing function
- Bonus: experience in live events or entertainment technology (marketing or operational), or genuine curiosity about drones, robotics, and emerging performance tech

You bring strong instincts for brand and storytelling, and you’re just as happy drafting a client proposal as cutting a video for Instagram.
