- The organisation manages around 15 to 20 projects simultaneously and plans further personnel expansion in the coming months.
Job description
- Client representation of residential construction projects from building permit to handover
- Overall owner responsibility for new build and refurbishment projects across all SIA phases
- Leadership, control, and coordination of external planning and specialist planner teams
- Monitoring of costs, deadlines, and quality
- Ensuring economical and efficient project execution
- Verification of cost estimates and construction cost calculations
- Preparation and negotiation of planner and work contracts
- Support in land acquisitions, due diligence processes, and profitability analyses
- Interface management between investors, planners, contractors, and other project participants
- Support of project developments regarding use, marketing, and sustainable implementation options
Profile
- Experience as a client representative, project manager, project developer, or in a comparable role
- Sound knowledge in residential and condominium construction
- Experience in leading and coordinating planning teams and specialist planners
- Confident handling of cost, schedule, and quality management
- Entrepreneurial thinking and high personal responsibility
- Structured, solution-oriented working style
- Communicative personality with confident appearance towards internal and external stakeholders
- Education in construction, architecture, civil engineering, or a comparable field is an advantage
- Further training in real estate or construction management is welcome
