Your Tasks
- Strategic and operational management of the organization and integration programs according to business management principles and considering municipal guidelines
- Further development of the operation, workflows and processes as well as offers and programs
- Promotion of work culture as well as the skills and abilities of employees
- Constructive collaboration with clients and referrers (social assistance, asylum, employment office)
- Strengthening acquisition
- Coaching of the seven department heads
- Active participation in the Social Services management team
Your Profile
- Several years of leadership and management experience (across multiple levels) in employment integration and administration, ideally related to social assistance and asylum
- (Fach-)University degree, preferably in social work or business administration, complemented by qualified management/leadership training
- Proven achievements in project/change management and organizational development
- Understanding of political contexts, social dimensions, and public interest
- Strong solution- and implementation-orientation, negotiation skills, and business management approach
