To strengthen our team at the Langenthal location, we are looking for someone to start immediately or by arrangement 
 

Clerk: Unemployment Fund 80–100%
 

Your responsibilities

Together with a dynamic team, you ensure a smooth process and thus guarantee the qualitative, quantitative, and customer-oriented handling of the files.

• You check and process incoming unemployment benefit claims and calculate the unemployment compensation. 
• You ensure a prompt payment of insured benefits. 
• You draft and issue fund decisions.
• You clarify matters within your area of responsibility with authorities, offices, legal representatives, and employers.
• You provide competent and personal advice to our customers at the counter and by telephone.

Your profile

• Completed commercial training (with E-profile) or equivalent training with several years of professional experience
• Experience in demanding clerical work, preferably in the private or social insurance sector
• Independent, resilient, and decisive personality with a structured way of working
• In addition to confident German in spoken and written form, knowledge of foreign languages is desirable.
