We are looking for reinforcement in the area of construction cost planning.
Your workplace? Optionally in Bern, Zurich, Basel or Lucerne with a view of exciting projects instead of just to-do lists.

Project Manager Construction Cost Planning

• You take on project management for new build and refurbishment projects as well as total service competitions from strategy to implementation
• You develop project strategies together with the department management and ensure that they not only look good on paper but also become reality
• You identify optimisation potentials and put projects on the path to success
• You prepare complete tender documents and yes, we know that is more than just a few PDFs
• You keep all the strings in your hand without losing overview and when it gets tricky, there is applause from the team (and maybe an extra coffee)

• A completed education as an architect FH/ETH or certified project/construction manager in building construction or a diploma as a construction economist MAS FH AEC
• Experience in the calculation of building construction projects
• Leadership experience in project teams or the ambition to take on this role now
• An open, transparent personality who not only knows teamwork but lives it
• Independent working and entrepreneurial thinking as well as the ability to request support when needed
• Analytical and networked way of thinking
• Very good German skills (French nice to have but not a must)
