Project Manager Heating (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF100,000 - 120,000Modern building technology requires skilled professionals who are equally proficient in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitation. Responsibilities:
Independent planning and supervision of projects in the field of heating and building technology
Accompanying projects from technical conception through execution to commissioning and handover
Coordination of customers, planners, suppliers, installation teams, and other project participants
Creation and review of technical documents as well as support with calculations and designs
Monitoring costs, deadlines, quality, and project progress
Supervision of work on site and support with technical queries
Conducting acceptance tests, inspections, and optimisations of heating systems
Development of practical solutions for different customer and project requirements
Qualifications:
Completed training in heating, building technology, or a comparable technical qualification
Further education at HF/FH level is an advantage
Professional experience in planning, project design, or management of heating projects
Good expertise in heating technology and a strong technical understanding
Experience in coordinating projects and various contacts
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
Organisational talent, sense of responsibility, and enjoyment of varied tasks
Customer-oriented and confident manner
Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
