Junior Team Leader Facility Management (m/f/d)

Professional, financial and personnel management of comprehensive facility management mandates
Leadership, support and targeted development of the subordinate staff
Advising our clients on all matters of facility management
Responsibility for on-call duty planning
Monitoring the maintenance and servicing of technical systems
Organisation and continuous optimisation of processes and workflows

Proven several years of professional experience in facility management or related fields such as facility services, real estate, building technology or maintenance
Completed further training in business administration or facility management is an advantage
Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
Sound leadership experience as well as a pronounced hands-on mentality
High customer orientation, target group-appropriate communication and strong organisational skills as well as flexibility
Confident command of the German language in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage
Proficient MS Office skills
Driving licence category B
