tilia offers people aged 18 and over who require care and support a professional and caring environment where they are well looked after. At our six locations in the Greater Bern area, care and support oriented towards residents and palliative care is at the center. tilia operates stationary long-term living areas, specialized departments for dementia and respiratory diseases, psychiatric, neurological, and bariatric long-term care, as well as various outpatient services.

Your Task

Empathetic and professional care and support of our residents under guidance
Make an important contribution to the quality of life of the residents and to the care process
Assistance with household tasks
Co-responsible for a positive and constructive living and working atmosphere

Our Requirements

Joy in caregiving and sensitivity in dealing with elderly people in need of care and their relatives
Good German skills (spoken and written)
Responsible, team-oriented, and resilient personality with high quality standards
