Your Profile
Our Mission: Support. Strengthen. Ensure.
Your main task is the support and responsibility of our diverse specialist applications (e.g., from the areas of CAD, construction administration, specialist construction management tools, and lighting calculation). You are the first point of contact for our subject matter experts when questions arise. At the same time, you actively participate: you further develop standards and templates, facilitate their work through training, and proactively bring in ideas on how we can further develop our tools in terms of digitalization. Together, we determine in which tools you are the expert and where you act as a supporter in the team. The goal is to share knowledge within the team and ensure quality.
Whether you come from planning or technology and have a strong IT flair, or as an IT professional want to dive deep into our specialist processes. You are welcome. Experience in application support or in managing specialist tools is your foundation. BIM knowledge is a plus but not a requirement. Your curiosity counts. What is important to us: you are communicative, helpful, and enjoy engaging with people.
