Tasks
- Professional responsibility in the area of nursing and care
- Recording, assessing, and analyzing complex care situations
- Accompanying and supporting the care team in demanding care situations
- Actively contributing your nursing and professional expertise
- Participation in project and specialist groups
- Promoting and enabling the care team to implement their own expertise in practice
- Direct care and support of residents

Requirements Profile
- Completed training as a certified nurse HF/FH or a foreign diploma recognized by the SRK
- At least two years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Experience in acute geriatrics or acute medicine is an advantage
- Strong leadership, coaching, and consulting skills
- A creative and reflective understanding of nursing
- Resilience, sense of responsibility, as well as a goal- and solution-oriented way of working
