Our consulting business offers a wide range of functional and cross-country services designed to provide clients with high quality and trusted advice. We have a particular focus on business transformation programs in the financial services industry.

Your key responsibilities

We are currently looking for a motivated Manager (80-100%) with Operational Resilience, Business Continuity Management (BCM) and/or Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) experience to further strengthen our Financial Services Consulting - Risk Consulting team in Zurich. Our team is part of a global network of risk management specialists working with the world's largest financial services organizations. We advise our clients with solutions for identifying, assessing, managing and monitoring non-financial risks.

Your primary mission will be to help our clients implement measures in the context of Operational Resilience. This role goes beyond mere regulatory adherence; it is about enhancing our clients’ Operational Resilience thereby reducing the risk of disruption to their business operations. You will be at the forefront of the ideation process, both internally to streamline our operations and externally to bolster our clients' resilience activities. Your innovative approach will be crucial in shaping the future of risk management.

• Qualifications:
  • A university degree (BA/S or MA/S), ideally with subjects linked to financial services
  • 6+ years of work experience in the financial services sector, either in a control function (e.g. BCM, TPRM) or through consulting work
  • Experience in Operational Resilience, BCM and/or TPRM
  • Optional: Experience in IT Risk or Information Security is a plus
  • Experience in managing and leading project teams and working with senior stakeholders
  • Experience in driving business development activities such as responding to requests for proposals and go-to-market activities, as well as strong knowledge in MS Office tools (specifically MS PowerPoint).
  • You are fluent in German and English, French is an advantage
