Dishwasher / Kitchen Assistant
To complete its teams for the winter season 2026/2027, Télé-Thyon is looking for its "Catering" department:
Your tasks:
- Plating dishes, preparing preliminary preparations and simple dishes;
- Washing plates, cutlery and kitchen equipment with appropriate products;
- Cleaning floors and assisting with cleaning kitchen equipment and furniture (fridge, microwave, hobs, ovens, etc.);
- Providing assistance to cooks and other establishment staff if necessary;
- Gradually learning various culinary production techniques;
- Following instructions issued by superiors;
- Adhering to hygiene and food safety rules;
- Participating in cleaning the dish storage room, kitchen floors and walls;
- Assisting with supply and logistics related to mountain catering;
- Receiving, storing and checking stock of goods;
- Participating in waste sorting in accordance with establishment guidelines;
- Helping with snow clearance of terraces and restaurant access when necessary.
