Maintenance Specialist 80-100 %

Start date 1 November 2026 or by arrangement

Your new field of activity

• Together with a colleague, you ensure the maintenance, upkeep, and smooth operation of our building and the entire surroundings
• You independently carry out repair, maintenance, and upkeep work and plan as well as document these throughout the year
• You monitor and operate the modern building services systems of our new building (2026)
• You coordinate and accompany assignments of external craftsmen and service companies
• You support our housekeeping team and particularly take on special cleaning tasks
• You are responsible for operational safety (BESIBE) and fire protection and continuously develop your expertise in collaboration with our certification body NSBIV AG
• Our residents have the opportunity to assist with simple tasks in the surroundings; you support and guide them as needed

What you bring with you

• Training as a Maintenance Specialist with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)
• Further training in operational safety and fire protection or willingness to undertake it
• Several years of professional experience in maintenance or a comparable role
• Good user skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• You approach people with openness and enjoy interacting with our residents
