At PATRiS, you look after your own client portfolio and work directly with entrepreneurs from a wide range of industries. You take on responsibility, contribute your expertise and support your clients in the long term.

To strengthen our team in Baar, we are looking for a committed individual as Mandate Manager Trust (80–100%).

Your tasks

• Independent management of your own mandate portfolio
• Contact person for clients on fiduciary, tax and business management issues
• Analysis of complex matters and development of practical solutions
• Preparation of annual financial statements according to OR
• Management and supervision of financial and subsidiary ledgers
• Preparation and review of VAT returns
• Management of payroll accounting and personnel administration including annual declarations
• Preparation of tax returns for natural and legal persons
• Conducting limited audits

Your profile

• Federal professional certificate in trust services, certificate in finance and accounting or federally certified trust expert
• Alternatively, you are close to completing a corresponding further education
• Several years of experience in trust services
• Confidence in preparing annual financial statements
• Good knowledge in financial accounting, VAT, payroll and taxes
• Enjoyment in client consulting and personal contact with entrepreneurs
• Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style
• Professional and likeable appearance
• Very good German language skills
• English skills are an advantage
• Serbian/Croatian/Bosnian are an advantage but not a must
• Knowledge of Abacus is an advantage
