About the job
If you have been managing mandates for several years, you know the daily routine. Annual financial statements. Tax returns. Deadlines. Queries. Administration. That is part of it.
But you probably chose the profession because you wanted to advise entrepreneurs, develop solutions, and take on responsibility. We create the space for that at accoswiss.
We consistently digitalise where processes can be automated because we prefer to invest our time in demanding advice rather than repetitive tasks.
We believe in personal responsibility instead of micromanagement, in professional competence instead of hierarchies, and in people who like to think along.
Perhaps that suits you too.
Your Role
You independently manage your own portfolio of mandates and are the first point of contact for your clients.
You support SMEs, entrepreneurs, and start-ups in all fiduciary matters and assist them far beyond classical accounting.
This includes, among other things:
- Managing your own client portfolio
- Preparation and review of annual financial statements, tax returns, as well as financial and payroll accounting
- Consulting in the areas of accounting, taxes, and business management
- Support for company formations, restructurings, capital changes, and succession solutions
- Support and professional coaching of employees
- Shaping our digital processes and further company development
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who is professionally strong, takes responsibility, and enjoys supporting our clients. Ideally, you bring:
- Federal Diploma in Fiduciary Services or an equivalent qualification
- At least three years of experience as a mandate manager
- Sound knowledge of Swiss accounting and tax law
- Enjoyment of direct client contact
- Initiative, quality awareness, and entrepreneurial thinking
What Awaits You With Us
We do not promise table football or a fruit bowl. Instead, we offer you an environment where good work is appreciated.
- Challenging SME mandates with direct client contact
- Lots of personal responsibility and short decision-making paths
- Modern digital work processes
- A motivated team with high professional competence
- Regular professional development
- Flexible working hours and home office
- 40-hour work week
- Attractive social benefits
- A modern office, from 2027 even air-conditioned in the Urban Papieri area in Cham
