About the job
The privately run senior centre in the heart of the city of Winterthur offers a living and life space for around 150 residents where they feel comfortable and are cared for according to their needs. The Wiesengrund Senior Centre is a recognised and popular healthcare facility.
As team leader, you take on the personnel, professional and organisational management of a nursing residential group with 37 residents and around 35 employees. Together with the responsible nursing expert/APN, you form a tandem and ensure professional, needs-oriented care and nursing.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for an immediate or agreed start for a
Team Leader Nursing Residential Group and Member of the Management Team (m/f/d) 80–100%
What you can achieve with us:
- Professional, personnel and organisational leadership of the nursing residential group
- Planning, coordination and further development of workflows as well as ensuring smooth operation of the residential group
- Collaboration with the responsible nursing expert/APN on professional matters
- Ensuring the implementation of nursing concepts, nursing standards and internal guidelines
- Monitoring and further development of nursing and care quality in cooperation with the quality manager
- Responsibility for deployment and resource planning within the residential group
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with internal and external specialists
- Contact person for residents and relatives on nursing matters
- Care and promotion of a respectful communication and team culture
- Responsibility for training within the residential group in cooperation with the training manager
What you bring with you:
- Completed training as a nursing specialist HF/FH
- Professional experience in geriatrics and/or psychiatry
- Several years of leadership experience in a comparable role as well as appropriate leadership training
- High social and leadership competence as well as a structured and solution-oriented working style
- Very good IT skills (Outlook, MS Office, Excel, etc.)
- Very good oral and written German skills as well as Swiss German; additional language skills are an advantage
- Knowledge of the assessment instrument RAI-NH is an advantage
